Point of View - Where do you stand?

  1. HI.Isaiah here from GreyMain School. I think plastic should be banned to because I love animals. I've always hated plastic. I think next time you could put more color into it other than that this is awesome. How long does plastic take to desolve?.

Rikki-Lee here from Totara 2 Greymain School. I do agree with Jacinda Aderne. Plastic bags need to be banned! They are ruining our environment and killed our marine life so many people are trying to ban the bag and they should. We have a track in my town called Kowhai Track and there's rubbish all through it I'm making a team to clean it up. It's time so I totally agree.
    That's all for now! Bye - Rikki-Lee

  4. Kia ora Room 8,
Yes I agree with your other commenters - we MUST ban plastic bags and cut down on all plastics throughout the world. I was at Paihia School the other day and they were working with a 'Eco Warrior' to make their own beeswax wraps. Have you heard of those? They are used instead of gladwrap and will make a big difference to our environment, especially if everyone uses them.
